Official Rules

Entry Period: Promotion is open between 11:59 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 24, 2025 and 5:00 pm PT on July 25, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Promotion open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older.

How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry during the Entry Period, visit the @andoutcomesthewolfmovie page on Instagram and follow the account (if you are not already doing so). Then, locate and “like” the Promotion post on the account page, and post a comment that tags at least one (1) of your Instagram friends to receive one (1) entry. To receive five (5) additional entries, share the Promotion post to your Instagram Story, tagging @andoutcomesthewolfmovie and including the hashtag #sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Maximum limit of six (6) entries per person using only one (1) Instagram account throughout the Entry Period. Must have a public Instagram profile and be following @andoutcomesthewolfmovie to be considered. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. Content of comments will not be judged and therefore will not increase or decrease the chance of winning. Big Newport Productions LLC (“Sponsor”) will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing occurring on or about July 24, 2025 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period.

Prize (1): Winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the Vans Warped Tour Long Beach, scheduled to take place July 26–27, 2025 and a haircut and temporary hair dye from YouTube barber, Jeff Wittek. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize package: $1,000 USD. Prize recipient is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any, along with any/all costs associated with redeeming the prize including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, parking, meals, souvenirs and gratuities. Prize recipient will receive a direct message from Sponsor requesting their mailing and/or email address for prize fulfillment.

Comment Conditions: Entries may be deemed void if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a comment (i) is sexually explicit, suggestive or violent; (ii) derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (iii) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, or firearms/weapons; promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (iv) is obscene or offensive; (v) contains defamatory or disparaging remarks about other people or companies; (vi) contains personal identification, such as personal names or e-mail addresses; (vii) contains materials owned or controlled by others, without permission; (viii) communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; or (ix) violates any law.

General Conditions: Promotion may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, posts or photos, incorrect, changed or non-functioning Instagram accounts; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, or errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entry requests, comments, or in any Promotion-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised such that in the sole opinion of Sponsor it would corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries/comments received prior to action taken. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion or acceptance and use of a prize.
